The ceremony will also honor and remember those who survived the battle but who have since passed away. In addition, all Killed In Action (KIA), Missing In Action (MIA), and deceased veterans who served at any time in the armed forces, will be honored. The ceremony will include bagpipes, invocation, speakers, taps, rifle salute and the lighting of candles.
